Everything I've bought from dna has been a pleasure I'd recommend them as I do almost all my vape shopping with them, their generous, as I've had a tank leak on me and they replaced it without wanting the old back, I just wished they'd add FedEx

Goodbye 18650s hello my new companion. This thing is the BUSINESS I shit you not. Charges by micro usb I can charge anywhere. Battery lasts long time but replacements cost like 20 bucks and it will last longer then any 18650 for sure. Perfect size and it goes to 200 crazy! It's pricey but worth it if u serious about #vapelyfe deuces

Above and beyond. November 12, 2015

I messed up and did something wrong, and shorted a pair of batteries out on my Square. I figured I should ask CS if it was still safe. Rep Suzie got back to me that I shouldn't. She went above and beyond by tracking down a spare and offering me a  discount. Not only was I not looking for a deal, but the offer was indeed too good. I graciously took her up on it, made the call to their CS line to place an order and was told by the rep over the phone "Oh, yes, I know about you - she put that off to the side for you." That's awesome. It's awesome to call and have them "know of" me and my situation. That's a personal touch, a nice showing of effort, communication between staff, and good customer service right there. I'm happily using my replacement and taking much better care to not mess this one up. I'm set as a customer for as long as I can. That level of service wasn't expected, but is absolutely and graciously appreciated. Kudos!
